Virginia (Gini) Lockhart-Pedersen

Gini Lockhart-Pedersen works with English and special education at the Norwegian National Center for English and Foreign Languages at Østfold University College, Norway.  Her responsibilities include resource development, teacher education, and in-service professional development. Her research interests include interdisciplinary teaching and learning, professional teacher development and inclusive practices in education. She currently leads two projects at the University College that focuses on using the Scottish Storyline method as an alternative, interdisciplinary approach for teaching and learning about sustainability. Before joining academia, she worked 16 years as an English and special education teacher in primary and upper secondary schools.
